Will have to check it out. To be honest though, my goal is not so much to join any specific group, but rather, to unite them. We must stop being fractured, pulling in different directions, and become a single, united force, fighting to reclaim the American values that have been falsely co-opted by the right. This is precisely what they've done over the last 50 years despite having no real values. Let's join our forces and take back our country!

Love this and THANK YOU! I feel like having clear talking points are what a lot of us need! Scripts, so we're all speaking the same language would be amazing as well. Again, your words give me hope and this girl will never give up fighting for my kiddos. 🙏🏼

I'm starting to work on a Counterpoints series that sounds exactly what you're describing.

It can be easily accessed with the link below. The first article is already up and is about challenging people on the topic of Abortion/Transgender rights (you can see in the article how they're complimentary). Let me know what you think:

We did many of these things already. Our uneducated gave us this.

That just means we're not educating them enough.

I’ve read this several times with relief that there might be things we can do.

This week I’ve felt so overwhelmed- afraid, nauseated, exhausted. Nearly in tears all the time.

I hear you. The other day I had a surreal experience at a local McDonald's, I even wrote about it. I'll drop the link below. My hope though is that the seriousness of this moment is enough for people to realize that we need a paradigm shift—which is what I talked about in this article. I think those of us who understand the seriousness of our situation need to do a better job of reaching out to people we know who are typically tuned out, and get them to tune in. Don't forget about as many—if not more—people didn't vote at all than voted for Trump or Harris. So, that gives me hope too, that if only we can start activating these people who don't pay attention to politics, we can really start righting this ship.

As promised, my surreal experience:

Who is the face of our leadership. We need that centralizing figure.

Fair point. I have no idea... I hardly see anyone acting like they want to take the mantle. Of the people I see on YouTube, I'd probably point to Kyle Kulinski or Sam Seder. On TV, I'd point to Jon Stewart, he could easily lead the charge, but I'm afraid he doesn't want it. In Congress, there's Crocket and AOC, but I don't think the real leadership is going to come from elected officials. We need someone on the outside to rile up the base so that the folks in Congress can have a reason to act right.

I'm too small to matter at this point, I'm just doing my best to get as many people as I can to think/act like they're not wounded animals waiting to get eaten, plus if they're up to it, learn how to wreck any MAGA on any debate they could ever have.

My Substack is just now starting to pick up steam, so I got a while before I can have any kind of serious influence, unless I can get some bigger people to boost my message.

in a world short on solutions your efforts thusfar are admirable & i hope it plays into the calculus that sometimes changing the subject entirely by restating it without high or low values and forge an understanding

two parties circle a common pivot, evolving toward civil discourse will require empathy in the face of a -perceived- beast; if we don't broadcast the smell of fear but meet the mind we're engaged with, wither it be lowering one's posture to reach them or raising them to your plateau, it's

the common pivot, the civil action, put the politi back into the equation, it's rammed and plowed every direction but equilibrium

break free, change the subject, attempt to cohabit with orcs & trolls & by wishes & willpower greater days may come

the pain can be a signal of birth to something better from the raw misreality thusfar completed

you have all your effort to date, it will not fade or rust & will implacably be one of the best choicez when in case of assholez break glass comez to the fore...

thank you the viewing, i like to think paradigms shift with the addition of features or qualities, seldom by direct frontal assault...
